Flooring

The floor coverings we mainly use in all styles of marquees is coco or coir matting, these rolls of matting come in various sized rolls to coincide with the size marquee you are hiring. We feel our matting is the best product for the job, being a natural material rather than a synthetic nylon type.
All matting gets laid on top of a waterproof membrane therefore not allowing ground moisture to penetrate the matting itself.
For something a bit different, and an extra touch to your wedding or event, we can obtain any colour contract cord carpet to be laid in our different styles of marquee which will also be on top of the waterproof membrane.
This is always supplied brand new.
Our third option for floor covering is a plastic modular system called ‘rolatrac’ this is used quite often in catering tents as it has an anti slip surface but can also be used beneath carpet as it takes up any variations in ground levels extremely well.

Heating

Heating is a must for any time of year in a wedding marquee !
There is nothing worse than a cold marquee no matter how good it looks, and I feel it’s always worth having a heater even on the warmest of summer months. It’s surprising how cold evenings get when the sun goes down and the last thing you want is for guests to start leaving the party because of being cold.
Our heaters are indirect space heaters, meaning they sit outside the marquee, with the clean warm air ducted into the marquee via a diffuser and are thermostat controlled like the heating inside your house so you can achieve a nice ambient temperature without having to keep switching things on and off.

Dancefloors

The dancefloors we use are a solid wood parquet floor, slotting together in a very unique way always staying together even if the surface they are laid on is a bit uneven.
